Abdurabu is the Assistant General Director of the Governor’s Office in Marib and Advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Lt. Gen. Sultan Al-Aradah, appointed by presidential decree in 2025. He previously served as Deputy Governor of Marib in 2023 and as Director of Information Systems & Documentation at the Governor’s Office in 2016. He has represented Marib Governorate in numerous international delegations, forums, conferences, and workshops, and has played a key role in supervising and following up on major development and power projects in the governor.

Abdurabu is a politically active leader and youth advocate, He served as President of the Marib Youth Union in 2012 and has been involved in significant political events in Marib since 2016. His leadership experience, combined with a master’s degree in business administration, reflects his commitment to governance, youth empowerment, and advancing political and developmental progress in Marib.

Abdulrahman is a youth leader and intellectual with extensive experience in diplomacy and international relations. He currently serves as the Director General of Diplomatic Affairs and International Relations at the Arab Council of Intellectuals, where he works on building bridges between cultures and fostering constructive dialogue. He is also an active member of the General People’s Congress Party, representing its interests in political and civic initiatives.

His leadership journey is reflected in key roles, including President of the Yemen Youth Forum in Taiz Governorate in 2020 and President of the Supreme Council for Yemeni Youth in 2024. Through these positions, he has consistently promoted youth empowerment, cultivated leadership skills, and demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement, making him a model for effective political and civic leadership in Yemen.

Abdullah is a Yemeni writer, media figure, and political activist whose prominence emerged during the 2011 uprisings. He began his activism in Change Square in Dhamar, engaging in student and political work, combining communication and political advocacy. The war in 2014 forced him to leave his studies and relocate between Ibb and Marib, where he joined the National Army while continuing his media and intellectual work. Alongside his political and media career, Sharoh turned to literature, using the novel to explore human struggles and Yemen’s turbulent transformations. He has published three acclaimed novels: The Prophet’s Bracelet, Mi'raj (winner of the first Yemeni Narrative Prize), and Sarnama. Balancing his roles in the Media Department of Islah party General Secretariat with creative writing, Abdullah embodies an intellectual whose journey bridges activism, political engagement, and literary expression, reflecting both the challenges and aspirations of Yemen.

Ahmed Shawqi is a writer, political analyst, and social critic with over two decades of experience in media, political activism, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as the General Director of Taiz Radio and was a prominent figure in the February 11 Revolution, where he established the first news monitoring network. Shawqi served as the Executive Officer of the Political Department of the Nasserist Popular Unionist Organization, including its Political Bureau, and played a pivotal role in shaping the civil and political landscape in Yemen by establishing the Political Dialogue Forum, the Jadal Cultural Association, and numerous human rights and opposition movements. Since 2003.

Shawqi has been actively involved in leading national and student movements, standing steadfastly against corruption, tyranny, and the Houthi coup, often threatening himself with arrest and assault. Alongside his political career, Shawqi is currently studying for a master's degree in political sociology and maintains a strong literary presence as a poet and short story writer, with his forthcoming poetry collection, "Tourist in Hell." He also co-founded influential cultural groups such as Al-Araatit and the Jadl Association, bridging the worlds of political activism and cultural expression.

Ammar is a youth leader and community activist from Socotra with extensive experience in political and administrative leadership. He has held key positions including Director of Youth Development at the Youth Office, and President of the Socotra Youth Foundation for Sustainable Development. In these roles, he has led initiatives to empower youth, promote civic engagement, and implement sustainable development projects in his community.

In addition to his administrative and political work, Ammar has participated in leadership preparation programs, capacity-building initiatives, and developmental planning workshops, strengthening his strategic and organizational skills. His combined experience in governance, youth empowerment, and community development positions him as a prominent leader shaping the social and political landscape of Socotra

Dr. Awhad is an academic, researcher at the University of Aden, and political leader in Yemen, currently serving as the Director of the Academic Education Department at the Authority for Education, Youth, and Sports within the Southern Transitional Council. She has extensive experience in institutional leadership, policy development, and political engagement, having previously worked at the Office of the Governor of Aden, headed the Political Research Department in the Research and Studies Division, and led the Department of Students, Universities, and Institutes.  Awhad has played a key part in leading student and sports initiatives and implementing youth-focused educational programs. Her work bridges research, education, and political leadership, with a focus on harnessing scientific knowledge to strengthen youth development, foster civic engagement, and drive social and political progress in Yemen.

Doaa is a journalist and researcher in political science and international relationspolitical with extensive experience in media, academia, and community activism, particularly in youth and women’s initiatives. She has participated in multiple programs and courses in media and leadership, honing her ability to communicate effectively and influence public discourse.

She currently pursuing a master’s degree in political science and international Relations, also writes regularly for Yemen Shabab Net, addressing political and social issues from a critical and humanitarian perspective. She is a strong advocate for dialogue and civic engagement, believing in the power of informed discussion and committed action to promote inclusive governance, social cohesion, and meaningful political change in Yemen

Farida is an activist and researcher in political affairsm, she is the Executive Director of the South24 Centre for News and Studies, an independent non-profit media and research institution founded in Switzerland in 2019. She is a distinguished policy researcher and analyst whose work centres on conflict dynamics, armed groups, peacebuilding, and the influence of regional and international actors in Yemen and the broader Middle East, with a particular focus on the politics of South Yemen. Under her leadership, South24 produces in-depth research, analytical studies, urgent reports, visual content, documentaries, infographics, opinion polls, and hosts seminars, conferences, and training programs that enhance journalistic and research capacities while advocating for human rights, women’s rights, and professional standards.

Faozi a Yemeni political researcher and commentator known for his active role in analyzing and shaping debates on Yemen’s political future. His work has focused on state formation, social movements, and governance, making him a key voice in discussions on conflict resolution and national reconciliation. He has closely examined the roots of Yemen’s political crises and contributed to framing solutions that emphasize inclusive governance and sustainable peace.

Through his research and public engagement, Al-Ghoidi has played an influential role in highlighting the political challenges facing Yemen and proposing pathways forward. By connecting historical context with present-day realities, he has helped inform political discourse, foster dialogue, and support efforts aimed at building a more stable and representative Yemeni state realities, he provides critical insights that inform both policy discussions and the broader understanding of Yemen’s future.

Maged is the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Rights in the Yemeni government and a member of the government negotiating delegation on the detainees and abductees file, where he serves as the rapporteur and official spokesperson. He has also worked as a member of the technical advisory team for the government consultations, serving as rapporteur and participating in all rounds of peace talks in Geneva, Kuwait, and Stockholm.

He played a pivotal role as rapporteur of the Rights and Freedoms Working Group during the National Dialogue Conference and took part in both the Riyadh I and II conferences. In addition, he has served on several local mediation committees addressing humanitarian and political conflict issues. A dedicated human rights and humanitarian activist and trainer, he co-founded several civil society organizations focused on civic engagement and rights advocacy. He has also taken part in a wide range of regional and international conferences, He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Sana’a University, in addition to completing specialized courses in leadership, capacity building, politics, and human rights

Mohammed is a political and civil activist who currently serves as Deputy Head of the Organizational Department in the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, where he contributes to developing organizational and institutional work. Mohammed combines legal expertise with experience in political media work and is committed to defending rights and justice and empowering citizens. He has also actively participated in numerous civil initiatives, emphasizing the importance of supporting reform and democratic transition, revitalizing the political process, and advancing toward a society based on law, justice, and equal citizenship.

Rasha is an Executive Director and party leader, she dedicates her work to advancing sustainable development and social justice. She leads economic empowerment efforts through the Youth Support Fund and is politically active through her membership in the Political Bureau of the Hadramout Inclusive Conference, as well as serving as First Secretary of the Fuwah Organization in the Yemeni Socialist Party. She is an expert in women and peace issues, having chaired the Women for Peace Conference in 2023, and works to translate the peace and security agenda into tangible societal impact.

Sam is a Yemeni media, cultural, and political figure, currently serving as Acting Head of the Department of Media, Thought, and Culture in the General Secretariat of the Yemeni Socialist Party, as well as Editor-in-Chief of Al-Thawri newspaper. He also holds the position of Director of the Electronic Website Department of the National Anti-Corruption Authority.

He has a strong presence in the media and human rights landscape, being a founding member of the “Hadatha” Organization in Sana’a, a member of the Yemeni Journalists Syndicate, and a founding member of the Change Square’s Constituent Assembly since the early days of the popular uprising, With a career that bridges partisan work, journalism, and cultural activism, he remains deeply committed to defending freedoms, social justice, and political reform.

Shaima is a community activist focused on development, peacebuilding, and youth empowerment. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in political science, alongside a Diploma in Financial Accounting. She serves as Head of the Monitoring and Analysis Department at the Authority of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Southern Transitional Council, where she has gained practical experience in policy analysis, project management, and capacity building. She is an alumna of the 5th Generation of the Yemeni Young Leaders Program organized by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation; Shaima has played a key role in initiatives promoting good governance, women’s empowerment, and civic engagement. She is a founding member of the Youth Forum for Political Development, an active member of the Girls of Mualla Team and the NAMA Network for Human Rights Defenders, and co-founded the first student-led Political Science magazine at the University of Aden, she has consistently represented youth voices in debates and events, enhancing participation in decision-making and shaping political development in Yemen.

Waleed currently serves as a Minister of State in the Yemeni government and has also been the First Undersecretary of Al Hudaydah Governorate since 2016, bringing extensive experience in military and diplomatic affairs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Military Sciences from the Yemeni Naval College and a master’s degree in political science from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo. He is also a member of the General People’s Congress Standing Committee. Al-Qudaimi has held several leadership positions, including Minister of State and First Undersecretary of Al Hudaydah Governorate since 2016. He previously served as Head of Intelligence of the Fifth Military Region in 2015 and Director General of Al Hawak District in 2013. In the humanitarian and development field, Al-Qudaimi has played a key role in coordinating with international, regional, and local organizations, contributing to the implementation of sustainable projects in liberated areas, including health centers, schools, water projects, and vital infrastructure. At the international level, he represented Al Hudaydah and Tihama at the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva and participated in international conferences and forums, reflecting his active role in humanitarian and development efforts.
